J. C. F. Fischer International Music Festival 2020

Under auspices of bischops Mons. Tomáš Holub, Mgr. Filip Michael Štojdl and deputy Major of Ostrov Ing. Jan Bureš.

J. C. F. Fischer International Organ Festival took its name after baroque composer J. C. F. Fischer who was born in Krásno village in the Carlsbad region and who dedicated part of his compositions to organ, thus sometimes he is being called the "Bach of the Carlsbad". The first edition of the festival organized with the financial support of the Carlsbad region aims to present primarily to the Czech audition, that might prefer the quality of festival concerts over the quantity of regular "tourist oriented" concerts, beautiful music, splendid instruments and breathtaking places of the region as well as richness of organ repertoire presented by world class Czech and international interprets.
